Treatments
What we offer & what it costs
Appointment length, downtime and how long results hold are listed where they apply — the three things people need in order to plan.
Injectables
Administered by our registered nurse. A consultation and an order from the prescriber are required before a first treatment.
Botox & wrinkle relaxers
Priced per unit. Dosing is individual — the number of units you need is confirmed at your consultation.
Dermal filler
Priced by area. Lips from $600 · chin from $650 · jawline from $800 · nasolabial folds from $900 · cheeks from $1,300 · tear troughs quoted at consultation.
Skin boosters
Micro-injections of hydrating gel for skin quality rather than shape. Done as a short course.
PRP
Platelet-rich plasma. We draw a small sample of your own blood, spin it down, and use the plasma layer.
PRP for hair thinning
Injected across the thinning area of the scalp. Done as a course, with maintenance sessions after.
PRP skin rejuvenation
Plasma applied to the face, neck or under-eye area, for skin quality and texture.
Microneedling with PRP
Microneedling first, then your own plasma worked into the channels while they're open. Both in one appointment.
Skin
Assessed on the day. Depth and strength are adjusted to how your skin is behaving that week, not set in advance.
Microneedling
Controlled micro-channels at a set depth, for texture, scarring and pore size. Builds gradually over a course.
Customized facial
Cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where needed, and a mask and serum chosen for your skin that day. The place to start if you're not sure what you need.
Laser hair removal
A patch test is required before your first session. Sessions are spaced to the hair growth cycle, so the gap widens as the course goes on.

Consultation
Where everyone starts, including people who already know exactly what they want.
Consultation & treatment plan
Skin and medical history, a look at what's actually bothering you, and a written plan with costs before anything is booked. You take the plan away whether or not you treat with us.
The visit
Four steps, no surprises
Consultation
Medical history, medications, allergies, and what you're hoping for. Photographs only with your consent, kept in your file.
A written plan
What we'd recommend, in what order, what it costs in total, and how long it realistically takes. Yours to take away.
Treatment
Products, lot numbers, settings and areas recorded every visit, so each appointment builds on the last instead of starting over.
Review
A follow-up once the result has settled, so anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted. Aftercare and a number to call go out the same day.
Our team
Who treats you
Roya
Registered Nurse
Roya leads every injectable treatment at Luvéra — Botox, dermal filler, skin boosters and PRP. She assesses before she treats: every plan begins with a face-to-face consultation, and she records the product, dose and areas treated at each visit, so your next appointment builds on the last instead of starting over. If a treatment isn't right for you, she will say so — even if it is the one you came in asking for.
Before you book
Common questions
What is your cancellation policy?
- A deposit of $50 is taken when you book. It comes off the price of your treatment.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Your deposit carries over to the new booking.
- With less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, the deposit is kept.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the appointment or rebook it — the next client is already booked in.
- Consultations can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours' notice.
- Prepaid courses can be moved to another treatment of equal value, but are not refundable once the first session has been taken.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes for injectables and PRP, and yes before your first laser session, which also needs a patch test. Facials and microneedling can usually be booked directly, though we'll still assess your skin on the day before deciding on depth or strength. Consultations are complimentary.
Will it hurt?
Injectables feel like a sharp scratch and are over quickly. Numbing cream is applied as standard for filler, microneedling and PRP. Laser feels like a hot elastic band snapping against the skin, and small areas are over in minutes. We'll tell you what to expect before we start rather than after.
How much downtime should I plan for?
It's listed next to each treatment. As a rule: injectables and laser are same-day, PRP leaves you tender or flushed for a day or two, and microneedling means two to three days of looking red and dry. Don't book anything within two weeks of a wedding or an event.
Can I be treated while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Not for injectables, PRP or laser. Some facials are suitable — tell us when you book and we'll advise. If there's any doubt we'll ask you to check with your doctor or midwife first.
How should I prepare for laser hair removal?
Shave the area the day before — don't wax, pluck or epilate for four weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the hair root in place. Avoid sun exposure and self-tan for two weeks before and after, and come with clean skin: no deodorant, lotion or make-up on the area.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Come back and tell us. That's what the review appointment is for. Some results need time to settle, some can be adjusted, and we'd much rather see you than have you worrying about it at home.
